I had an amazing experience with Valisa. Valisa spent her Thanksgiving Day in 2010 simultaneously cooking a gourmet dinner and writing and then submitting our offer. Within 24 hours we had a deal that closed in a remarkable 25 days - unheard of these days! She acted as a Realtor, friend, and therapist in those hectic days, all but helping us pack up and move (and I think she would have done that, too, if we had asked!).
