I had an amazing experience with Valisa.  Valisa spent her Thanksgiving Day in 2010 simultaneously cooking a gourmet dinner and writing and then submitting our offer. Within 24 hours we had a deal that closed in a remarkable 25 days - unheard of these days!  She acted as a Realtor, friend, and therapist in those hectic days, all but helping us pack up and move (and I think she would have done that, too, if we had asked!).  She even sent her son over to my house to move boxes out of the attic as a surprise for my husband.  At the same time, Valisa sold my house in only ten days!  Since we had moved out during escrow, she was often over at my prior home, changing light bulbs and vacuuming.  I think we dropped by the house once and found her painting the garage door!   Our purchase and sale were on a very compressed timeline, creating what could have been a stressful situation, but Valisa's attention to detail and personal focus made it an honest pleasure.
